If you use the Start a Project inquiry, the website helps prepare an email containing the information you enter, such as your email address, name, optional business name, optional phone number, selected services and optional project details.

Email Communication

When you select Send Inquiry, the information is submitted through Netlify Forms and may be delivered to Anna Studio by email notification. Anna Studio may use that information to reply, discuss your project and prepare a custom quote.

How Information Is Used

Inquiry information is used to understand your project, communicate with you and plan potential design work. Anna Studio does not need sensitive personal information for a project inquiry.

Retention

Inquiry and email information may be retained as needed to manage communication, project planning and business records. You can contact Anna Studio to ask about your information.

Analytics and Cookies

This version does not add analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics are added later, this page should be updated before launch.

Third-Party Forms

Project inquiries are processed by Netlify Forms, including its spam filtering and submission storage. If a submission cannot be completed, the website offers a prepared email as a fallback.
