Project Terms

Anna Studio is operated by ANNA STUDIO DESIGN, a business registered in Ontario, Canada. These terms explain our general approach to graphic design, website and web app projects, and ongoing contract development.

Your written quote or project agreement sets out the specific services, price, deliverables, timing and other agreed conditions. Read it before approving work. Where an agreed project condition differs from this general summary, the project agreement applies, subject to applicable law.

Every project is quoted around its requirements. We agree in writing on the scope, deliverables, included revisions, expected timing, price, currency and any applicable taxes or third-party costs before starting.

Sending an inquiry does not book a project or create a payment obligation. Project work starts after the scope and quote are approved and the deposit is received. Availability and the start date are confirmed for the project.

For project-based work, we issue two custom Stripe invoices: a 50% deposit to begin and the remaining 50% before delivery of the final files or completed project. The invoice identifies the amount and payment due date.

You review the designs or working build as part of the agreed process before final payment and handover. Final delivery follows payment of the balance. Payments are processed on Stripe’s hosted invoice page; our inquiry form does not collect payment details.

For ongoing contract development, we agree separately on responsibilities, scope or priorities, availability, collaboration, access, rates and the billing schedule. The project-based 50% deposit and 50% balance arrangement does not automatically apply to ongoing engagements. Hosting is not included as a service.

The written quote identifies the included revisions and approval stages. Feedback should be provided within that agreed process. New deliverables, changes in direction or work outside the scope are discussed and quoted before proceeding.

Changes in scope, delayed feedback or missing materials may affect timing. We agree on any resulting changes to price or delivery rather than treating them as automatically included.

You are responsible for supplying accurate content and materials you have permission to use, and for approving project content. For development work, access and collaboration arrangements are agreed for the project. We use a suitable method for exchanging access details; please do not send passwords through the public inquiry form.

Your project agreement identifies the final deliverables, file formats, whether editable source files or source code are included, and the ownership or usage rights being provided. These details are agreed before work begins.

Fonts, stock assets, software, open-source components and other third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licences and any agreed costs. A portfolio example shows relevant work; it is not a promise that every pictured item or format is included in your project.

If your plans change, please contact us so we can discuss the next steps. For project-based work, our standard cancellation policy is to refund half (50%) of the initial deposit paid.

We can discuss project-specific arrangements before you approve a quote. Any different cancellation or refund terms are recorded in the written quote or agreement. Ongoing contract work follows its separately agreed cancellation terms.

Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
